Xero Flor lightweight green roof system installed on the 7th floor of new construction on an inverted roof system in downtown Toronto to control stormwater, reduce air pollution and for its aesthetic values.
No Irrigation: Because of limited rooftop access, client required a system with very low maintenance. An annual application of fertilizer is all the maintenance that is required.
